What is included
The feedback inbox
Every submission with a status, a priority and a name against it. Assign it, answer it, resolve it, and see your own response and resolution times rather than guessing at them.
Verified reviews
Reviews from people who were standing in the room, because the code only exists on your wall. Private feedback stays private — only a member who explicitly chooses to publish one ever does.
Video header
Your room, moving, above the fold. A paste of a Vimeo or YouTube link becomes a full-bleed header instead of a still photograph.
Virtual tour
A walkthrough embedded on the page — Matterport or any other viewer — so somebody can see the floor, the lockers and the recovery suite before they book a trial.
The full gallery
Every room, not just the first four. A standard listing carries up to four photographs; a Premium one carries the whole gallery, however many rooms that takes.
Every location
One page for the club, with all of its sites listed and each one findable by city. A group stops looking like a single room.
Clientele enquiries
Enquiries from your page go straight to your own inbox, with the sender's address set as the reply-to so you answer them directly. A standard listing's enquiries come to our desk first and we pass them on by hand, which is slower.
Merchandise
The kit you sell, on your page, each piece linking to your own shop. We take nothing on it — no fee, no commission, no checkout of ours in the way.
Concierge
A direct line to us. Send changes, new photography, a new site, a correction — and they are made, rather than queued behind the public inbox.

What it does not buy
Not one placein the ranking.
Premium changes how much of your club a reader can see, and gives you a line to the people in it. They do not change where you appear in results, whether you make the ranked ten, or a word of what we write about you.
There is no sponsored row and there never will be — an index that can be bought is worth nothing to the people it is for, which includes you. If we ever earn from something that could bend a ranking, it will be labelled on the page it appears on. How the index works.
