Legacy Fit Wynwood

The DetailsThe Room, and the Terms

Legacy Fit's Wynwood club is the brand's first, and since 2021 it has occupied 7,000 square feet at 2243 North Miami Avenue in the Strata Wynwood building, having started in a nearby warehouse. Training is built around P.I.T., a partner interval format devised by founder Manning Sumner, who began coaching professional athletes in 2008. Recovery facilities include a cold plunge and sauna, and an IV suite runs on site. The club opens at 5am on weekdays and doubles as Legacy's headquarters.
