1Rebel's Broadgate studio sits at 31 Lower Circle in the Broadgate estate, a few minutes from Liverpool Street, Moorgate and Bank. Two formats run here: Reshape, which alternates treadmill blocks with dumbbell work at a fixed station the operator calls the box, and Reformer, a Pilates class run to a soundtrack in a darkened room. Sessions are sold as single classes and packs rather than a monthly membership. Kit and towels are provided, so members can arrive with nothing.
